The fixed term employment contract is a contract signed between the employer and the employee, for a definite duration mentioned in the contract.
The fixed term employment contract can only be concluded in the cases explicitly defined in the decree n°2-19-293 published in the BO n°9606 of August 6, 2020.
The conditions to terminate the fixed term employment contract, including dismissal, are regulated by law.
