The LAW CENTER administrative office is located at 10, rue Oued Baht, Apartment 6, 1st floor, Agdal, Rabat.

What is the Juridi’Carte?
1. Functioning of Juridi’Carte
The Juridi’Carte is an innovative and unique solution allowing you to get access to one or more legal services depending on the package chosen.
Every Juridi’Carte has its own 8-digit advice code, that allows you to contact our expert team as explained under the section “How to use my Juridi’Carte”.
Every Juridi’Carte gives access to a certain number of tokens that you can use to benefit from a legal service depending on the card chosen.
How much cost a Juridi’Carte?
We offer you a multitude of Juridi’Carte packages in order to get access to our services depending on your needs:

|Juridi’Carte of 8 tokens + a 1 H videoconference meeting

The videoconference meeting is held subject to a 48-H notice, with one of our legal advisors, for a maximum duration of one hour. Any additional meeting request will be subject to a deduction of one token from your Juridi’Carte.
How many tokens do you need?

However, we reserve the right to indicate whether your request is suitable for the above-mentioned services, non-exhaustively:
- Proofreading a legal document: if we consider that the document you have submitted to us needs to be completely redrafted due to serious deficiencies or if the document is a model freely available on the Internet, we will draft a whole new document from scratch and apply the related pricing. You will be informed in advance by our legal advisors.
How to purchase your Juridi’Carte?
In order to purchase a Juridi’Carte, you have to follow these steps:
1) Visit our website under “purchase” section and choose the Juridi’Carte that suits better your needs
Refer to your needs in order to know the number of tokens you will need to make a choice or contact our customer service for any additional information.
2) Get access to the summary of your order
Check that the Juridi’Carte and the quantity chosen are the ones you want.
3) Confirm your order
4) Fill in the purchase form
Make sure that all the information entered is correct. If one information is incorrect such as the delivery address, email, or the phone number, we are exempt from any responsibility. This information is very important to the execution of our services.
Any order implies the acceptance of these GTS.
6) Proceed to payment
You can choose to pay your Juridi’Carte:
- Via your credit card
- Via a bank transfer
The online payment operated by your credit card will be executed through the CMI that guarantees the security of the transactions.
The contract is automatically concluded once the payment is completed.
We reserve the right to:
- Block any order in case of non-payment;
- Refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. In this case, you will be contacted by one of our advisors.
7)Receive your confirmation mail
Once your order is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation mail with all the information related to your order.
8) Receive your Juridi’Carte
Depending on the method of payment chosen, you will receive your Juridi’Carte as follows:

||You will receive by mail your digital Juridi’Carte with the related advice code within 24 hours
How to use the Juridi’Carte?
Once you have your Juridi’Carte, you can contact your legal advisor:
- By phone at 05 37 75 88 50
- In writing on “Ask a question” section
You communicate to us or fill in your 8-digit advice code as received in the email.
You specify the way you want to get your answer, either by phone or email.
If you contact us directly in writing, you can attach the necessary documents to execute properly your request (contracts for proofreading, documents related to your legal question, etc.)
Once these elements provided, we receive immediately your legal assistance request and start processing it.
We specify that in order to respect your anonymity, our legal advisors do not ask directly for your identity at the moment of your legal request. Thus, you are free to communicate it to them or not.
Likewise, the provided information in the frame of your order is not transmitted to our legal advisors and remain confidential.
The Juridi’Carte does not have any expiry date, it remains operational until the consumption of all your legal tokens.
Therefore, you can at any time check your balance by contacting us at 05 37 75 88 50 and typing 3.
How does our partnership work?
1. Responsibility related to our services
Our services are performed according to the documents and information provided. Thus, we commit to execute our services excluding any negligence, failure to inform or fault from your side.
Our responsibility can only be engaged in case of a fault or proven negligence and is limited to direct prejudice excluding any indirect prejudice of any nature or kind.
Our responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of a non-performance or poor execution of the contract due to either your act, or to the insuperable and unforeseeable act of a third party of the contract or to ‘force majeure’.
If you want to make a claim, it is only valid if it is sent at the email address mentioned above or through phone by contacting our claim service at 05 37 75 88 50 (type 2).
We reserve the right to reject any request related to an unethical, moral or legal issue, or in the presence of a conflict of interest.
2. Responsibility related to the use of the website
We cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from a connection to this website, you are solely responsible for your connection including any presence of viruses. We cannot be held responsible for the permanence of the website proper functioning or its global computer security. We are therefore not responsible for any website breakdown caused by maintenance work, or due to a case of force majeure or the fact of a third party.
The information transmitted within the framework of our services is strictly confidential and covered by the obligation of professional secrecy. It can only be disclosed with your express approval, or when it is required by law.
4. Intellectual property
The documents provided as part of our services grant you a personal and non-transferable right of use. We remain the sole owner of these documents that cannot be used for any other purpose than for the service assigned to us.
Thus, you are not authorized to reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, disclose and translate partially or totally, whether for a fee or free of charge, the documents presenting our services for needs other than those related to the execution of the service, without our prior approval.
Any use contrary to the above-mentioned principles would be considered as a breach likely to engage your own responsibility.
The entire content of this website is the property of BE RIGHT SARL or its technical service providers. Any presentation or reproduction that is not expressly authorized, in whole or in part and by any means whatsoever, would be illegal and would be considered as an infringement.

How do we process your data?

The personal data collected are kept for a period of one year from the last use of your Juridi’Carte. At the end of this period, the data allowing your identification are anonymized.
This processing is currently the subject of a declaration to the CNDP in accordance with the applicable regulations.
