The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTS”) can be modified at any time and without a previous notice, we invite you to view them regularly.

The website Juridi’Carte.ma (“Website”) is published by LAW CENTER company, a limited liability company with a share capital of 100,000.00 Dhs, registered in the Commercial Register of Rabat under the n° 134721, whose tax identifier is 31878658 and registered office is located at Building 7, Office 6, Avenue El Haouz & Rue Rhamna, Takkeddoum Rabat.
The LAW CENTER administrative office is located at 10, rue Oued Baht, Apartment 6, 1st floor, Agdal, Rabat.
We are a team of legal expert advisors, specialized in various fields of Moroccan Law assuming that your satisfaction is our unique objective.

What is the Juridi’Carte?

1. Functioning of Juridi’Carte

The Juridi’Carte is an innovative and unique solution allowing you to get access to one or more legal services depending on the package chosen.

Every Juridi’Carte has its own 8-digit advice code, that allows you to contact our expert team as explained under the section “How to use my loyalty card”.

Every loyalty card gives access to a certain number of tokens that you can use to benefit from a legal service depending on the package chosen.

How much cost a Juridi’Carte?

We offer you a multitude of packages in order to get access to our services depending on your needs:

Initiation -> 3 jetons  600 dirhams TTC
Foresight -> 6 jetons  1080 dirhams TTC
Assistance -> 30 jetons 5100 dirhams TTC
Confort -> 50 jetons  7500 dirhams TTC

The tokens can be used as defined below: “How many tokens do you need?”

How many tokens do you need?

1. Token consumption scale :

The tokens to which your loyalty card gives access are categorized by customer profile and can be used as follows:

Individuals :

Legal advice 3 tokens
Drafting of a document/contract in Arabic or French 2 tokens per page
Drafting of a document/contract in English 3 tokens per page
Videoconference meeting (1 hour) 3 tokens
In-person meeting (1 hour) 4 tokens

Companies : 

Legal advice 6 tokens
Legal opinion on a document in French 1 token per page
Legal opinion on a document in Arabic or English 2 tokens per page
Drafting of a contract in French 2 tokens per page
Drafting of a contract in Arabic 3 tokens per page
Drafting of a contract in English 4 tokens per page
Videoconference meeting (1 hour) 3 tokens
In-person meeting (1 hour) 4 tokens

However, we reserve the right to indicate whether your request is suitable for the above-mentioned services, non-exhaustively:

  • Proofreading a legal document: if we consider that the document you have submitted to us needs to be completely redrafted due to serious deficiencies or if the document is a model freely available on the Internet, we will draft a whole new document from scratch and apply the related pricing. You will be informed in advance by our legal advisors.

2. Our suggested services :

We offer you a range of suggested services that are suitable to your specific needs and align with your profile as an individual, company, or investor.

Each service offered is available in three languages (French, English, and Arabic) and is associated with a detailed description of the provided service.

The payment of each product can be made online via a credit card or a bank transfer.

3. Our downloadable models :

We offer several downloadable models on our website. These models, available in French, are carefully drafted by our team of legal advisors.

The payment of the downloadable models can be made by a credit card or a bank transfer.

After payment, you will immediately receive the model at the e-mail address you have provided.

How to purchase your Juridi’Carte?

In order to purchase a loyalty card, you have to follow these steps:

1) Visit our website under “purchase” section and choose the loyalty card that suits better your needs

Refer to the “Token consumption scale” in order to know the number of tokens you will need to make a choice or contact us on 05 37 75 83 03 for any additional information.

2) Complete your order

Get access to the summary of your order and check that the loyalty card and the quantity chosen are the ones you want.

3) Confirm your order

4) Fill in the purchase form

Make sure that all the information entered is correct. We are exempt from any responsibility if one information is incorrect such as the email, or the phone number. This information is very important to the execution of our services.

5) Order

Any order implies the acceptance of these GTS.

6) Proceed to payment

You can choose to pay :

  • Via your credit card
  • Via a bank transfer

The online payment operated by your credit card will be executed through the CMI that guarantees the security of the transactions.

The contract is automatically concluded once the payment is completed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Block any order in case of non-payment;
  • Refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the  payment of a previous order. In this case, you will be contacted by our customer service.

7) Receive your confirmation mail

Once your order is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation mail with all the information related to your order.

8) Receive your loyalty card

You will receive your digital loyalty card by email, along with the corresponding advice code, within 24 hours.

How to use the Juridi’Carte?

Once you have your loyalty card, you can contact your legal advisor:

  • By phone at 05 37 75 88 50
  • In writing on “Ask a question” section

You communicate to us or fill in your 8-digit advice code as received in the email.

You specify the way you want to get your answer, either by phone or email.

If you contact us directly in writing, you can attach the necessary documents to execute properly your request (contracts for proofreading, documents related to your legal question, etc.)

Once these elements provided, we receive immediately your legal assistance request and start processing it.

We specify that in order to respect your anonymity, our legal advisors do not ask directly for your identity at the moment of your legal request. Thus, you are free to communicate it to them or not.

Likewise, the provided information in the frame of your order is not transmitted to our legal advisors and remain confidential.

The loyalty card does not have any expiry date, it remains operational until the consumption of all your tokens.

Therefore, you can at any time check your balance by contacting us at 05 37 75 88 50 and typing 3.

How long does it take to get an answer ?

We will reply within 48 hours of receiving your request.

However, this time limit may be extended if we require additional information, but may not exceed 7 days from the receiving date of your request.

However, we shall not be liable for failure to meet the above deadlines if:

  • You are late in sending us all the documentation we have requested for the service. Each delay day will be added directly to the contractual deadline.
  • We cannot reach you to answer any queries we may have. Each day without a reply from you will be added directly to the contractual deadline.

How does our partnership work?

1. Responsibility related to our services

Our services are performed according to the documents and information provided. Thus, we commit to execute our services excluding any negligence, failure to inform or fault from your side.

Our responsibility can only be engaged in case of a fault or proven negligence and is limited to direct prejudice excluding any indirect prejudice of any nature or kind.

Our responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of a non-performance or poor execution of the contract due to either your act, or to the insuperable and unforeseeable act of a third party of the contract or to ‘force majeure’.

If you want to make a claim, it is only valid if it is sent at the email address mentioned above or through phone by contacting our claim service at 05 37 75 88 50 (type 2).

We reserve the right to reject any request related to an unethical, moral or legal issue, or in the presence of a conflict of interest.

2. Responsibility related to the use of the website

We cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from a connection to this website, you are solely responsible for your connection including any presence of viruses. We cannot be held responsible for the permanence of the website proper functioning or its global computer security. We are therefore not responsible for any website breakdown caused by maintenance work, or due to a case of force majeure or the fact of a third party.

3. Confidentiality

The information transmitted within the framework of our services is strictly confidential and covered by the obligation of professional secrecy. It can only be disclosed with your express approval, or when it is required by law.

4. Intellectual property

Deliverables

The documents provided as part of our services grant you a personal and non-transferable right of use. We remain the sole owner of these documents that cannot be used for any other purpose than for the service assigned to us.

Thus, you are not authorized to reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, disclose and translate partially or totally, whether for a fee or free of charge, the documents presenting our services for needs other than those related to the execution of the service, without our prior approval.

Any use contrary to the above-mentioned principles would be considered as a breach likely to engage your own responsibility.

The entire content of this website is the property of BE RIGHT SARL or its technical service providers. Any presentation or reproduction that is not expressly authorized, in whole or in part and by any means whatsoever, would be illegal and would be considered as an infringement.

The trademarks and logos appearing on the site are registered trademarks of BE RIGHT SARL. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without our express approval engages your responsibility.

How do we process your data?

We collect your personal data for the purpose of managing commercial transactions and customer relationship.

We use your personal data restrictively:

  • For the execution of the commercial transaction: for the Interbank payment center (CMI) and the bank issuing your credit card
  • For the technical management of the website: our technical service provider

In accordance with the law n°09-08 related to the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing, you have at any time the right of access, modification, and opposition to all your personal data by sending an email to contact@juridicarte.ma

The personal data collected are kept for a period of one year from the last use of your loyalty card. At the end of this period, the data allowing your identification are anonymized.

This processing is currently the subject of a declaration to the CNDP in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Therefore, if you have previously agreed on, your may receive emails from juridicarte.ma from which you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any received mail.

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTS) are subject to Moroccan Law, regardless of your location, either in Morocco or abroad.
