A disciplinary sanction document that is notified to the employee to acknowledge a fourth or nth misconduct committed by the employee who has already received a warning, a first and second reprimand or a temporary lay-off.
The third reprimand is considered as the fourth level of disciplinary sanctions.
Keep in mind that an employee who has received the 4 levels of sanctions in the same working year can be dismissed by his employer in case of a new committed misconduct, in the forms and conditions determined by Labor Law.
To impose a third reprimand, the employer must follow the procedure defined in article 62 of the Labor Law within the settled legal deadlines:
